Terms of use

Last updated 19 October 2026.

Your use of Umbra is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement on iOS, and by the Google Play Terms of Service on Android, together with these terms.

Umbra Pro

Umbra Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Unused portions of a free trial end when you buy a subscription.

Your responsibility for your keys

Umbra is built so that only you can open your vaults. If you lose both your pattern and your 12-word recovery phrase, your data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Keep your phrase somewhere safe and offline.

Acceptable use

Don't use Umbra to store or share content that is illegal where you live.

Liability

Umbra is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Promptify SRL is not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
