Delete your data

Umbra: Encrypted Photo Vault, by Promptify SRL. We have no accounts, so your vault data never reaches us. You delete it yourself, instantly, in the app.

Delete a vault

Open the vault, tap Settings, then Delete this vault. Its keys and every encrypted file are shredded on the phone.

Delete everything

Settings, then Erase all Umbra data on this phone. Every vault, key and file Umbra stores on the device is destroyed. Uninstalling the app also removes it.

Encrypted backups

iOS iCloud backups live in your own private iCloud database: turn off iCloud backup in Settings, or delete Umbra's data in iOS Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage storage. Exported backup files are wherever you saved them; delete them there.

Purchase records

The only data processed off the device is your purchase history with an anonymous ID, handled by RevenueCat to unlock Umbra Pro. To have it deleted, email bogdan@promptify.ro with your store order number. We delete it within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own billing records as required by law.
